If you have an issue with your account, or any payment or subscription related questions, then send us an email at support@racelab.app and we'll help you get it sorted. To help us resolve things quickly, please include as much information as possible so that we can get to the root of the issue.

Got a question to do with a feature in the app? No problem, let's get you some answers.

First of all, we'd recommend you check out our FAQ's section of this site and see if it's there (we collected the most common questions we're regularly asked and answered them all there).

If that hasn't answered your question, join our Discord community, and make sure you read #welcome channel. From there you will learn how to turn on the visibility of specific channels you need.

Turn on the #i-need-help channel - often you'll find that other users have asked similar questions and had them answered by our team or members of the community. If you don't get any answers there, then just add a message in #i-need-help and we'll get back to you with some assistance.

If you'd like to report a bug you can do so by messaging in the #report-bug channel - please include as much information as possible so that we can get to the root of the issue and ensure it's fixed. Since we support multiple sims, make sure to mention the sim you were using as well.
