Common questions
When do I get paid?
Automatically every month. Your accumulated commission balance is paid out on a monthly cycle, with no withdrawal form to fill in and no manual request.
How long do I earn commission per subscriber?
On Tier 1 and Tier 2, you earn commission on the initial payment and renewals for multiple months from the day a viewer redeems your code. On Tier 3, the commission is higher and the earning window is extended.
Can I earn more than 5%?
Yes. Established creators with consistent reach and redemptions can be upgraded to Tier 3, which offers a higher commission and comes with an extended earning window per subscriber.
What do my viewers get?
A discount at checkout. The exact savings depend on which plan they pick:
• Monthly: 10% off the first 3 payments
• Yearly: an additional €1.47 off, bringing the total to €48.43 (about 18% cheaper than paying month by month)
The yearly plan already comes with a built-in discount versus 12 monthly payments, which is why the coupon takes a flat amount off instead of stacking a second percent. Both paths get them the best price RaceLab offers.
Your commission rate stays the same in both cases. The discount mechanics above only affect what your viewer pays.
Is there a minimum follower count?
We're happy to work with smaller channels too. What matters most is that you stream on a regular schedule with a professional setup (camera, clean audio, good stream quality). Meet that bar and Tier 1 is open to apply.
Can I customize my promo code?
Yes. You choose your referral code right on the application form. Once we approve your application, that code is activated and ready to share.
Does the stream alert work with OBS?
Yes. It's a browser source. Drop the URL into OBS, Streamlabs, or any other software that supports browser sources, and it fires automatically every time a viewer redeems your code.
